Defining The Beliefs Of Liberals

You want to read the most complete and spot-on commentary you're likely to run across regarding the hypocrisy beliefs of "our friends" the liberals? Go over and pay a call on Atheling2 at The Pugil Stick.

Comments

As your comment over at Atheling2's place is right under mine, you know I've already been there.

Yes, that post of hers was brilliant!

By the way, I picked one of your comments for posting on my "Fractured Friday" post because I thought it was brilliant as well! :)

Thanks for the link to the list.

Positions any reasonable person could take. Mr. Pugil's predictably lightweight observations notwithstanding they form an excellent way to view the body politic.

Which, of course, make them anethema to you.

Gayle --

I thought Atheling2's post was outstanding, and linking it a must.

On the Sheehan reference:

OOOps! LOL -- I was quoting American Crusader's comment earlier in the thread. It actually was his. It was funny. :-)

Arthur --

Have you been mixing chloral hydrate with your LSD again?

Posted by: Seth at October 13, 2006 10:11 AM

I read that yesterday. Liberals live in a dream world now. They want good things- they mean well. Its the way they go about spreading their wants that kills them. It's the way they rob people of any ability to be independent that kills it. Taking away personal responsibilty is the liberal way. No thanks.

Raven --

Agreed, and I fear we will all be soon paying a price for the liberals' foolishness, which they will then deny while seeking a way to lay it on right thinkers.

I don't think I can top Raven's comment, but would add that in the area I live in, it's enhanced and supported by the union brotherhood mentality, at least up here anyway, which seems to promote all things left. Atheling2's post was excellent.

Merge --

Depending upon their trades, one has to wonder how some union folks can support the Dems -- the Democrats support criminal aliens, and criminal aliens in turn take under the table jobs for a fraction of what many union people get for the same jobs.

Look at construction, for example. In New York, a union carpenter makes almost or about the same in an hour as a minimum wage worker earns in a day, and there are an awful lot of illegals in N.Y. ready to work for less than the minimum wage.

One would think union people would think about things like that....

Good link, Seth. As I commented at Atheling2's site:

The myopia Geoffrey Stone exhibits here explains why liberals are a dying species that is being supplanted by the totalitarian left.

Civil Truth --

And so goeth the Democratic Party, which is firmly under liberal control.

Brings to mind a line in the Beatles song, Revolution:

"But if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mau, you ain't gonna make it with anyone anyhow..."
