Other Than Revulsion Or Perhaps Offended Sensibilities…

… over this patently offensive display of what today’s anti-Christian liberals term “art”, I feel it is perfectly in keeping with the rules of civilized conduct that Christians’ response has been objection through speech, emails, letters, calls for a boycott and so forth.

Imagine what the response from believers, world wide, in a certain less civilized religion would have been had the sculpture been of Mohammed….

I dare anyone to do a sculpture like that of Mohammed, but no one will because people of this sort of moral fiber (they have none) know that Christians won’t kill them for their blasphemy.

To add insult to injury, our own government taxes us to fund this crap that is so loosely categorized as “art”!

    Gayle –

If things keep on going as they are, our own government will, inadvertently or otherwise (the “otherwise” would involve the Democrats and their liberal masters) end up serving the U.S. to the Islamofascists on the proverbial silver platter.

I have long been of the opinion that such entities as the National Endowment for the Arts, NPR and other such venues that are not of concern to all Americans should be privately funded, not supported by the taxes of all citizens.

That said, the very idea that my tax money is employed toward the end of supporting so-called “art” that blasphemes against a religion that is a mainstay of both our nation and our Constitution is enough to make me livid.

On the topic of Muslim responses to the slightest hint that something may have insulted Islam, well…

I don’t remember whose blog I borrowed this from, but I have since maintained it in shortcut form for occasional amusement:

“worst assaults on Christian sensibilities ever” .. I agree, where are the protests over this one? .. they kept it real quiet, and It’s a good thing we don’t really consider ourselves as being from that country, cause I’m gonna have through rocks, or something with a much greater impact, at those queerbec/onscario flakes over the border.

Liberals are spiralling out of any semblance of civilized discipline, common sense or responsible control over their spewings and other output, and unfortunately, thanks to their control of the media, they are making their insanity into an accepted norm.

I fear we will all eventually pay a terrible price for their moral proclivities.
